Health & Safety (H&S) - Surveys & Reports

Every tree owner has a duty of care to ensure their trees do not pose an unacceptable risk to people or property. H&S surveys are undertaken to assess the physiological and structural condition of trees.  The report will include details of the trees on site and where appropriate, recommendations for remedial action to the trees on a priority basis so the trees can be effectively managed.

This service can be provided for any site, from a single garden tree to larger sites, such as schools, public parks, hospitals and more.

A Tree Location Plan will accompany this report, allowing identification of the trees on site.

Quantified Tree Risk Assessment (QTRA)

This includes a site survey and report of the trees on site using the QTRA methodology. The system quantifies the risk of significant harm from tree failure, to allow the land owner to manage risk in accordance with widely applied internationally recognised levels of risk tolerance.

A Tree Location Plan will also accompany this report to identify the trees on site.
